What Are Support Blocks?
Each support block is a half hour of time. That means the minimum amount of work we’ll do is a half hour, but we also do things like take a backup, do testing, and write our reports. We can also do several requests in a half hour.
Expert hack: our clients will sometimes give us a list of tasks they need done to save time/blocks.
Support Blocks NEVER expire. The more you buy, the better the discount you get, so it makes sense to stock up on them.
We keep track of how many blocks you’ve purchased, what they’ve been used for, and how many are left in your account. You can login any time and check. Blocks are tied to your website’s domain name to keep things simple.
Asking questions or getting a quote does not use blocks. If we’re ever going to charge blocks, we’ll always first confirm that with you via email.

How Long Does It Take?
We typically turn around requests in 24-48 hours (business days). All requests go into a ticket system so that we don’t lose them. Our team follows up on tickets to make sure you get the best service possible.
What If There’s a Problem With the Work?
As it is in life, things can happen, but if there’s a problem with our work, we’ll either fix it or give you a refund. We take backups of anything we’re going to change, so we can always put things back how they were.
